cosmo fence/ kevin My experience with this fence company was extremely disappointing. They came out to my property, took measurements, and scheduled an installation date. After that, they failed to show up as promised.
It has now been over three months, and despite numerous phone calls and messages, they have stopped responding altogether. I received no meaningful updates, no explanation for the delays, and no effort to communicate about the status of the project.
What should have been a straightforward fence installation turned into months of waiting and frustration. Reliability and communication are basic expectations for any contractor, and in my experience this company failed at both.
If you value your time and want a company that follows through on its commitments, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere My wife took off for work and stayed home for 3 days waiting for him, Every day he said he was showing up and then vanished! Horrible company This is horrible to do to other people that are also trying to live life And not to mention, this happened to me a year and a half ago, but I tried giving him a second chance I should've known better Don't even understand how he's still in business not to mention, I never would write a review about anybody. I don't believe in hurting people's business, but this was wrong. What he did to me and my family and I'm a neighborhood person.

The salesman is a very nice, charismatic older gentleman. He promised a certain date for installation, on that date someone did come, to remeasure, I guess they didn't trust him to measure the first time around? This was very inconvenient as we thought it was an installation date and planned a party, with small children. This was a very dangerous party as I did not have railing and someone could have gotten injured.
We called several times to then find the installation date, most calls going ignored. We finally called the salesman sounding like a perspective new client versus a client trying to arrange their already deposited railing, of course the older gentleman returned the call very quickly. We were given some nonsense about how a part wasn't available. Finally they installed the railing. I do have to say the railing seems to be installed well and they did not ruin my new concrete which I appreciate and is the reason for them getting any more than one star. Upon further inspection of the railing, there is already rust forming.
Compared to other companies they had the best price but I think I would have paid a bit more for an once of perfectionism.

Kevin came highly recommended from our contractor. From the very beginning, Kevin was very responsive and up front about pricing and timing. He's so organized and keeps track of every conversation. It took me a couple months to decide when to start the work, but when I finally called him, he had all of our notes to hand and was ready to start. He was very patient in taking me through pictures of railings and all the options available. He even made a special trip to show me paint samples. He educated me all along the way. He's personable and was very easy to work with. He returned calls and texts without me having to chase him like I've had to do with other people doing home repairs for me. I was thrilled with the final product! He loves what he does and it shows in his work product. I would definitely recommend him again and again!!!!

THE WORST. I waited 8 weeks for my job to be done and the paint started to come out of the railing the first time it rained. They never answer the phone and when they do its always a story.

If you have the patience to wait them out they are probably one of the best if not the best iron shops &fence companiesaround. You will be happy with the finalresults.

I highly recommend Cosmo Fence they are reputable and reliable company that would stand by their workmanship. I've being using them for over 10+ years. Kevin is very knowledgeable and great to work with. They installed all my neighbors fences as well and never an issue!!

Very disappointed in Kevin's handling of my fence and awning this past June.Awning was installed to block out neighbors view of my backyard after completion of the awning there was a 36" gap between the awning and the fence so there was full visibility of my back yard hence rendering the fence useless to me.After about 18 text messages and 18 excuses from Kevin I will take his silence on To heart that he no longer wants anything to do with me sadly I've always liked him and had respect for him I'm going to have to go to flushing and do what everyone else told me and the hire Asians to do the work I was very happy with the way he spoke with my family prior to doing the work but unfortunately is not a man of his word and I have no longer any respect for him.

These people put up my fences about a year and a half back. They were supposed to replace a chain link fence with vinyl clad metal. They took out my fence and replace it with the same thing I had in a different color. The paint on the metal poles peeled off in quite a few spots already . This revealed that he reused old metal poles and hardware. The screws rusted through already! Don’t use these people! They are not reputable! I didn’t want to paint the fence and now I have to again anyway! Never again!
