Lata is amazing!! Labor Day weekend was sending a lot of ppl over for a spa treatment in between flights and she was unfortunately a one woman show. She still managed to tend to everyone and keep all of our flight times in mind to make sure we were out on time. I got an express pedicure and it comes with the relaxation lounge chair which gets all your tension off. Lata was attentive and always made sure I was comfortable, THANK YOU!

Excited we found this place since our flight got delayed for 4 hours. I signed up for a back massage and had to wait 2 hours. So, in the meentime got a manicure by a young girl which was amazing and my husband got the chair massage. We went for a walk and came back for back massage. This lady, which I noticed was rough with everyone basically threw me out. Telling me I could not be in there if I was not buying. By the way, I was looking at the eye covers. I said I was waiting for the massage and looking at what they had. Very rude. I told her to foget my app. I was not returning. Here i was at the Terminal-1 JFK, after my tiring over night flight from SLC-UTAH to JFK. I was terribly tired and had the stress of my next connecting ahead that was going to be Non-Stop 12 Hrs flight again, but then as i walked in this Spa i was greeted by this amazingly professional lady called “EWA” who seemed to dedicated to her work and handling of her clients was so meticulous that one actually forgot time that one was at the airport terminal.Her knowledge & her communication about the skin care, her products she used for this quick refreshing treatment at the airport was absolutely out of this world.Her professionalism was unmatchable.
