I started going to Jo because a good/long time friend told me he’s one of the best tattoo artist in New York City possibly the country. Going to Jo for the first time I could tell he was passionate/knows a lot about his work which is super impressive to find these days. After my first tattoo I decided like my friend there is only one tattoo artist I will ever go to and recommend and that person is Jo.
