I recently purchased a house, and got a letter in the mail from A&A Residential advertising their services, as I guess they reach out to new home owners. I was a little dubious at first, but called them for a painting quote, and ultimately hired them. They did a very good job, and I found Jonny & Jose easy to deal with, and the painting crew of Jorge, Luis & Christian were professional & courteous.

Our floors needed a LOT of help, A&A came in and repaired all holes, patched in areas, stained and polyed the floors that other floor companies said couldn't be fixed. I used them to refinish my hard wood floor. They did very good job sanding the floor. 5 stars for this part. Regarding the painting part which is the most important part, they didn't do a good job. I had to call them after they finished they redo the ENTIRE floor. Since they came back to address this, I gave them 4 stars.
