Attempted the big box stores (Lowe’s) which ended up being a total flop, and receiving a refund. Went to the Ithaca Warehouse Carpet showroom and had Chris as a salesman. Can’t explain enough how professional and knowledgeable he was, plus got us a great deal! Professional installation within a week, with a great technician. Highly recommend and always ask for Chris!

Professional, affordable, friendly, and efficient! Chris was a huge help in our floor replacement process through every step and a pleasure to work with. Once the materials were in, they were installed flawlessly.

Great service at the Ithaca store. Joe greeted me and offered his assistance but i never felt any pressure, which I appreciate. Everyone was patient as I tried to find exactly what I was looking for. Joe explained the pros and cons of different carpeting as well as options for financing. When it came to the installation, Mao and his partner (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly hard workers. I’m very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Warehouse Carpet to anyone looking for flooring options.
