Great service! Everything was quick and efficient, the vets were well informed, explained everything thoroughly to me and answered any questions, and were very gentle with my cat. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

* Update** Almost a year later and we are still so impressed by the care we receive! I cannot compliment the staff enough! Today’s appointment was a little different as Grandma had to bring Bronco (she was equally impressed with the care/service). Thank you to Casper for always being so delightful and thorough on the phone and Monique for knowing our dog and assisting Bronco in and out of the car! We've been a patient for almost 2 years now and I now have 2 dogs who are seen at Veterinary Care of Ithaca and I highly recommend them. They are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There seems to always be something going on with one of our dogs and no matter whether it is behavior concerns, illness, bug bites, injuries.. they always take the time to review thoroughly and explain all options for treatment to us clearly. We are moving out of the area soon and I will be so so sad to leave the practice.
