Steve put us at ease several times during the sale of my parents' home. He was very assuring as he explained the process, what could happen along the way, and his strategy for getting the most out of the sale. From the start, Steve made recommendations about items that were essential to repair, replace or spruce up before putting our house on the market. He created an inspiring outdoor video of the house, property and surrounding area which I'm sure helped to attract several buyers. We were ecstatic when we received three offers in just a few days above our asking price! Steve really knows his craft and was a real pleasure to work with.
Mr. Steve Saggese did an exceptional work in selling our house, especially since we did all the necessary transaction via long distance communication. He showed a lot of patience in walking us thru the showing the house, keeping us informed of the progress of the sale. We are thankful for picking the right man .
I lived in Ithaca for 50 years, and helped run my parent's real estate business for about a decade. I've worked with several local realtor and Steve is BY FAR the best of them. He went above and beyond what I though any realtor would do for me. He got the best photographer, the best house cleaner, the best real estate lawyer, and did some very unusual favors for me that I couldn't do because I was out of town during part of the sale process.
