They're honest and affordable, locally owned, and they've saved me twice in the past two months!I bought a house a few months ago and wanted a camera sewer line inspection. The home inspector recommended Roto-Rooter and they came right out a couple days before Christmas. An issue was found and we needed the homeowners to sign off on clearing the pipe. Kyle was able to come back and do it very quickly.I was already in the process of getting a quote from HALCO for tankless water heaters to replace a 30 year old 75 gallon water heater. But HALCO and I couldn't agree on the design or price, so I contacted Kyle from Roto-Rooter again. He walked me through a great design while also taking note of several issues that HALCO hadn't mentioned. The price was what we expected, so he ordered and prebuilt the unit. The night before installation we sprung a leak on our main water shut-off. I emailed him, he said no problem! And was able to repair it the same day as the water heater installation. Phew!PLUS, while he was installing our new water heater I was upstairs fumbling over what should have been an easy compression valve replacement for an ice maker line under my sink. Only the pipe size wasn't standard and ACE and HEP couldn't help me after multiple frustrating trips. At the end of the day - and near my wit's end - I asked Kyle to take a look. He walked me through a simple alternative approach and even wrote me out a part list! I was able to do the work that night.These guys know what they're doing, charge a reasonable rate, and you can trust them to do what you actually need done - and not try to sell you on more.
