These people have a phone, and they answer it! I got new lenses and they changed them in 20 minutes, friendly and willing to take care of my insurance claim. Best of all I see better now!

Extremely friendly staff and great customer service. John specifically has always been a pleasure to speak with whenever I have any questions or concerns and gets the job done no problem! This will be my new go-to for glasses in Ithaca.

Great place. The receptionist is a very cool and friendly guy, as is the other regular staff member. Quality glasses, great doctors, great service. You can't ask for anything more!
