Where to start, if I could I give 10 STARS!!! From first contact to end product in the team at HSC Associates Heating & AC impressed me. So let me give a very long story here for you to understand. A building was bought, had a old radiant floor system that was not properly installed I will add a photo of that mess. But since we had other plans for the money and the system kind of heated the building, so we were gonna make it work, and then it happened. The boiler went down, brought in a service company and they right off the bat said can't/ wont touch it.. huh, what! .. So it seems parts are far and few between for the band. I had a 35 year old boiler that I wanted to replace due to its age. Their guys had the old one removed and the new one installed in less than a day. I had a minor issue with the install, but it was quickly fixed. Great job. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Called after hours on a Friday to look for a part to repair a boiler on a no heat no hot water call at house with 4 kids. The operator got me in touch with a tech who spent over an hour looking for said part and verifying the issue. Even though they didn't have what I needed I cannot say enough for the service they provided, especially in today's age where good service is a rarity. Thank you.
