A first time home buyer should be able to trust their realtor. Helen Ann Yunis staged a house to look charming, hiding major issues and then manipulating us into believing we could not back down even when a house inspection showed major issues. Deceit and avarice characterize this woman.

Do NOT trust Helen Ann. She will pressure you into an insanely hefty earnest money for a small cheap house to lock you in and repeatedly convince and steer you away from backing out of a deal you want to leave with threats that you will be sued (which are unlikely it turns out). I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
As a first time home buyer, I feel violated. Other realtors I have spoken with have said this is the behavior of a predator looking to make quick cash.
