Turn a guy there, stocky with a beard has anger management issues hates his job, and for some reason, management hasn't dealt with the issue. Many of the contractors I know dislike dealing with him. If you guys read these Comments retrain. Or fire him

When I walked in, the guy greeted me, and I showed him exactly what I needed, He went over and grabbed it off the wall. The prices were great and Farley cheap. Just 100% satisfied. Great customer service skills, 100%. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. He also answered my question on an electrical tester.

These guys are the pros's that you just don't get at the box stores. They know what they're talking about; have been in the biz for years. You'll find the prices are in line with the box stores and can often beat them. You don't have to stand in the isle looking through bins and bins that others have rummaged through and put stuff back in the wrong places, just looking for the right item you want. At HD and Lowe's you'll waste so much of your time looking for something that they just don't have and then you'll come to Finger Lakes Electric to get your stuff anyway.
