Charles was super helpful. By far lowest price to get my car jumped, also the fastest response time. ( I called 4 other places and Charles' price was less than half of each of them.) On top of that he's sociable and came out of his way to help me. He's super professional. They didn't even require a down payment, and when I asked to tip, he didn't want it. I work in customer service and every day my goal is to be as helpful to my clients as Charles was to me.
I was having issues with my car to the point where I couldn't drive it anymore, and got stuck on the side of the road. I called finger lakes wrecker service and they had a tow truck out to me in about 30 minutes! The driver, Joe, was just super pleasant to interact with and was so friendly the entire time. He made the experience of breaking down on the side of the road not so bad. And the price (which included not only bringing my car to a mechanics shop, but ALSO bringing me and my boyfriend home!) was super reasonable. Overall a super great experience and I would definitely use this business again if I ever find myself in a similar situation, and I would recommend to anyone.
