I called trying to help one of my customers who was broke down. I work for a Syracuse based Towing company, and our customer needed assistance, but we didn't have anyone close by. I spoke to Eddie, He was super! He pointed me in the direction of who could help and what he suggested. Eddie's suggestion worked out perfectly. Thanks again, Eddie!
