Charlie's Towing and Repair, LLC

I was stranded at the Wegmans and Alec came to rescue in less than 30 minutes! He was kind, assessed the situation quickly, and got me back on the road in no time. He made a stressful situation so much better. Thanks again!

Charlie’s Towing in Ithaca went above and beyond for our family during an incredibly stressful time. After my mother was involved in a head-on collision, their team showed nothing but professionalism, kindness, and true compassion. They arrived promptly at the scene, allowed us to retrieve personal belongings from the car, and even held on to the license plates for us while we were out of state and focused on recovery.

Every person I spoke to was polite, helpful, and understanding—and they always picked up the phone right away, which is rare and greatly appreciated. It’s clear this company cares about the people they serve.

My car had died on a busy street. Charlie’s was awesome! Great customer service, reasonable price, and flexible with timing. Looked into another spot and they were double the price and said they would not refund if battery wasn’t jumped. Charlie’s assured me I would only pay for the tow if it my battery did not charge. Relieved to see high-quality customer service this day and age.
