Took our HP computer to Computer Room in Ithaca, which came highly recommended due to their excellent customer service. We were not disappointed. Though the computer was too costly to repair, Sebastian spent a lot of time explaining the issue to us, why not cost effective to repair (he researched current replacement cost for us), possible next steps, suggestions for future purchases, warranties and more. Answered every question over the phone and also when we stopped in to pick up the computer. Very helpful, we are pleased to find a place we feel we can trust the next time we have computer issues. Good job guys :-)
