Fast, conscientious and competent! highly recommend with NO reservations. I needed an entire new system and Ben and his team set me up so that I could plug in and go. No bouts of frustrations at all! Just can not recommend Ben, Seth and Sebastian enough. I am a home builder so this stuff is all cryptic to me, these guys make it easy and I never feel as dumb about this stuff as I really am. : }

Diagnosed and fixed our desktop PC problem for an affordable price and reasonably quick time frame! Super friendly and kind too. The Computer Room of Ithaca is now my go-to place for computer repair.

The Computer Room provided excellent service, communicating clearly, doing the work promptly, and offering us helpful advice. When the original part we needed was no longer available, they gave us the updated part at no additional cost. They followed up to see if we were happy with the work, which I also appreciated. Highly recommend.
