Today was our first visit with Cayuga Pet Hospital. We saw Dr. Wood and Liz. We had a great experience. Our dog is a rescue and needs time to feel comfortable. Dr. Wood gave us options for treatment and took alot of time with our dog Luna. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My dog suffered a broken toe while at boarding just before Christmas 2024. We went to Cornell Emergency Vet for immediate care, and all follow-up visits were handled through CPH. We’ve only seen Dr. Wood, and she has been fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. The entire staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I also enrolled my pup in their preventative maintenance plan and plan to continue bringing him here for ongoing care.

They provided compassionate care for our little rescue hamster who was ready to cross the rainbow bridge ❤️ I called another popular exotic pet vet in the area and was treated very poorly by the person who answered the phone, but not here! Everyone was kind, patient, and knowledgeable and they even fit us in earlier in the day of our appointment without question. AND the vet bill was more than fair, even with the new patient fee. I can't imagine why anyone would take their small animals anywhere else - I highly recommend Cayuga Pet Hospital.
