Mark McAlpin came the same day we called about rotting wallboard in boiler room . He is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about basement repair. He also described himself as the worst salesman in the world. This is because he will not sell things you don’t need and is very careful to provide proper service with no hype. He thoroughly investigated our problems and even found an issue behind a wall that was unknown to us. He said we did not need a big job and is referring a workman to fix our problem. This is an amazing professional. Recommend him 1000 percent!

After years of having water issues in our basement we decided to go with a company our neighbors used to install french drains. I can’t say enough great things about this company ACM. They were extremely neat, taping down drop cloths, sweeping up debris and truly just respected our home in every aspect. Mike made sure the job was correct with his outstanding service and Mark followed up with a call to ensure we were happy with the work. If you ever need any waterproofing I highly recommend this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don’t hesitate to get a free estimate, you won’t regret it!
