I got prices from several plumbers but John K from Order A Plumber, was the best for me. Price is important but having confidence in a job being performed properly is even more important! John K & Rich came on time, worked on each issue efficiently & effectively while patiently answering my questions. I was quite nervous given it was a replacement of my waste pipe & various pipes for my water tank & radiator. John K was very calming in going about the work that needed to be done. I was recommended to call by my oil company. I found a heating pipe that lead to my radiator that has been leaking for some time and was corroded. My plumber was Rob and he was on time and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and had the job completed very quick. Since the pipe lead to the boiler, he also had to purge the air out of the heating pipes. Due to the location of the boiler, the only place to drain the water was in a sump to pump the water outside. As I had concerns of the location of the outside pipe against the house foundation, Rob took the extra effort and used a PVC pipe to help push the water away from the house.
