It was my first time here and I had the worst nail technician. She would just grab my hands very aggressively and throw them to the side when she was done. She would get annoyed at me if I didn't understand what she was pointing at. She pointed at the corner and I kept saying "what" and she said "WASH!" , I've never been here I dont know where their sink is. I understand there is a language barrier but they were tooo aggressive and impatient. I will never come here again! Don't waste your time!!!!

honestly, my nails usually come out nice enough depending on who i get, but the last 3 experiences i’ve had here have made me decide to never ever come back!! the last 3 appointments i’ve had have never been on time, at least 20-30 minutes behind. one of those appointments i walked in literally right behind a walk in AT my appointment time and she was helped before me AND i had to wait 20 min. my last appointment had my technician file my nails to completely uneven lengths for literally no reason so i had to shorten them all drastically to have them match after spending months growing them out…. and hey final straw is their hours being listed online as being open... read full review
