I was thrilled with All Service's service! We are a business with a messy utility room. They came earlier than expected, and used that time to clean up the area of leaves and then when they got into the utility room, moved everything so they could do the work and then put it all back. That was wonderful. Other vendors said I would have to do the moving of stuff. AND, when I pondered how soon I could pay I was quickly offered a retail payment plan. Bottom line, All Service provided superb service in all aspects of the purchase and installation of a new air conditioning unit.
My 90 year old mother's AC broke about 2 weeks ago. All Service was the only company we spoke with that knew how to fix this type of condominium AC unit. The repair men were thoroughl, professional and friendly to my mom. The office always answered the phone and kept me up to dste.
My Family has been using ALL SERVICE HEATING AND CONDITIONING for at least the last 7 years and I have never been disappointed with the repairs and yearly tune-ups. I find their employees to be very honest, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and they will explain if necessary.
The winter of 2025 , they had to install a coil and a thermostat, Frank explained how the NEW thermostat worked, I was not sure how the NEW thermostat worked after they left, I called Susan the following day and she sent somebody to my 🏠 house to show me , then a few days later she gave me a follow up call to see if things were going well, and yes they were , Thank-you Susan... read full review
