I must say these guys are outstanding. Not only they so nice the owners son has always been extremely helpful and attentive to all questions and concerns we had. This suggestion to upgrading our sprinkler system and the configuration in which he set it up is perfect. We had a amazing green one this year for the first time ever. Also they did our driveway lights and accent lighting around the front of our house. We are so pleased with the work and once again highly recommend this company if you're looking for a job done with care and most importantly responsive support. Their prices and their service contract are within reason if not cheaper than most of the competition in our area. If you're looking for a top-notch company this is the company to go to for all your irrigation and outdoor lighting needs. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🗣🗣🗣SCAMSCAMSCAMSCAM🗣🗣🗣 I worked for Hi-tech irrigation in Islandia and let me say this right off the top (“ALL YOUR SPRINKLER HEADS ARE NOT BROKEN”.) This company is a (F-IN) (“SCAM-SCAM-SCAM-SCAM-SCAM-SCAM-SCAM”) Karen and Mike want us to sale-sale-sale New systems, Manifolds, valves, upgrade the systems, replace old clock’s (THAT STILL WORK TO NEW ONES) they use beehive, Karen and Mike also want each van to bring back on a daily basis YES on a daily basis $1200 dollar. One day I was approached by Karen and Mike and they told me if you DONT bring in $1200 dollars I might as well leave the van in the shop because you didn’t cover vehicle insurance, pricing for parts, rent to the building, gas etc. This company is also very irresponsible when it comes to hiring, they hires DRUG addicts Who smokes crack, YES smoke crack in the company vans, in the back of the van!! They have employees who smoke weed, employee who steel parts and steel money. (customer: hey you think you can replace this head for me. (Employee: let’s do it charge the customer and not tell the office.) (Happens more times than you think Karen.) one day Mike approached one of the Hi-tech employees and ask him to open his trunk) where is your warrant Michael, and also if you have to ask an employee to open his trunk then maybe it’s time for that employee to find a new job. Karen and Mike are aware of the use of drug paraphernalia in their vehicles and do (“NOTHING ABOUT IT”) and yet these employees still have jobs. I am embarrassed to even say that I work for this company. customers would always ask I just changed six heads last year how come this year there are so many heads that are broken do you wanna know why because they’re (“NOT BROKEN”) they’re just telling you that they are so they can make a profit off of you. Like I said earlier🚨(scam scam scam 🚨scam scam scam liars liars liars liars liars liars cheaters cheaters cheater🚨cheaters cheaters cheaters liars liars liars liars 🚨liars liars 🚨scam scam scam) In the beginning of the season 4-1-22 Karen service call was $85 7-1-22 Karen made the service call $95 to make a profit off of all of her customers. 🗣I DO NOT I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY AT ANY TIME TO USED THIS COMPANY🗣::: Please go elsewhere save your money do not use this company as they are nothing but liars,cheaters & scam artists.
