Love Helios, some of the best and high quality cartridges I've used. The only "criticism" I have is that my favorite cartridge size from the (3rlxt) is often sold out – but I just stock up when I get the chance.

Fedex misplaced and damage my order (it happens) and Helio 110% had my back all the way through. They even offered to replace my order before fedex tracked it down but i told them we could wait until we heard word from Fedex. But i thought that was super cool of them to offer to send out a new order right away. Turns out once i finally got the box it was very water damaged aka contaminated and Helio was so helpful in getting me my order right away. all the way fromNew York To Oregon. Thanks guys!NOTE: i first tried helio because i borrowed a 5 liner from a co worker. i instantly fell in love and switched cartridge brands. they are more expensive than the previous professional... read full review

Craig has gone above and beyond to reunite my hubby with the best inks he has ever used. The UK shipping had stopped being viable for us. I sent a DM one morning and with in hours Craig had a resolve for us. Our order arrived this morning. I have one very happy hubby and I cant thank you enough for your excellent customer service. I look forward to many more orders with you in the future
