“Slight misunderstanding about the pricing. I was called by the owner Dominic (not sure if you spell it like that) and he assured me it would be resolved. He was right, my cesspool was serviced again and we fixed the issue. A highlight about this owner, very nice, understanding, and reasonable. I did not ask for a refund or price reduction, only what we agreed to over the phone with the office originally. Most companies would not take the extra step to make sure the customer is happy and/or resolve an issue amicably. I thank Dominic for working with me to fix the issue and everyone walked away happy. 10/10. Give it a try and if there is an issue just call and hopefully they can work it out. All said and done, great service and owners!“
