Despite my computer getting several messages informing me that my hardware was not sufficient for a Windows 11 upgrade the technician that I worked with at Networks found that my computer WAS adequate and could support the upgrade!!! Needless to say this saved me the cost of having to replace my computer! Well done gentleman, I'm a customer for life!
Kevin / Networks was great needed a hard drive for an old laptop . Replaced old with new explained to me so I could understand ( don't know a lot about computers ). Did not try to take advantage of me. My computer works like it's brand new . Thank you very much.
I can't speak more highly of the crew over at Networks. I have called on them for a couple of jobs in my house and am never disappointed. I called the owner Bill freaking out over everything m, as I am not a tech savvy person at all and his answer is no problem I'm sending my guy right over to you. They are honest and extremely helpful won't go anywhere else!
