Great place to get a haircut but it's always packed

It’s rare to find a barber who truly understands how to work with very slick, straight hair without taking shortcuts.
My son’s hair typically falls flat within a day, and since he’s low maintenance, the haircut has to do all the work. No styling, no constant upkeep.
What stood out immediately is that Anthony didn’t cut corners with thinning shears. He understood that wasn’t the solution. Instead, he used precise scissor work to build real layers and structure into the hair.
I have honestly never seen someone cut layers this skillfully. The difference is obvious. The hair has shape, movement, and fullness that actually lasts. Even the way he cut the front keeps it from falling into his face, which almost no one gets right.
The result is a haircut that looks great not just on day one, but even weeks later as it grows out.
That level of craftsmanship, combined with how well he listened and executed, is hard to find.
It’s no surprise he has a 4.8-star rating across nearly 150 reviews. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident.
We live in Manhattan, where there’s no shortage of barbers. We’ll absolutely be making the trip out here to Anthony’s from now on.

We’ve been coming to Anthony’s for my son’s haircuts for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say the experience has always been excellent. The staff is friendly, patient, and really takes the time to make sure everything is just right. They’ve watched him grow up and have consistently made him feel comfortable every visit. The quality of the cuts is always spot-on, and the atmosphere is welcoming and professional. It’s rare to find a place this consistent for so many years—highly recommend.

I'm recovering from chemo and wanted to do something with the little hair that has grown back. I brought in a picture and Joe was able to copy that design to my hair. Everybody is so nice and welcoming. I will return in the future and I am so happy with the results I will recommend them to anyone I meet. This has giving me more confidence about how I look after chemo.
