I live in Huntington and had been wanting to try this place for awhile. Well today was the day. I don't know what is wrong with the whole nail industry.. I literally got a 20 minute pedicure, and not a good one. This place has no jets in the tubs, they rush thru everything and when you point out that they left dead skin, they tell you it's just a regular pedicure. When did it happen that this regular pedicure is not supposed to include more than 60 seconds of callus removal, everything was 60 seconds long. I don't recommend this place and quite frankly I wish this industry was professional, not just how many people can I do to make the most money, the quickest....

I find the staff at One Nail Spa to be exceptional in their customer service! They are exceedingly polite and are always top notch in their care and concern for their customers. There are times that I've stopped by and they have simply been too busy to fit me in, so I try to remember to make an appointment well ahead and to avoid busy times when possible. I always go back to One Nail & Spa!!
