came in for a french tip gel pedicure and a regular manicure with no polish. I am a nail tech myself, so i typically go to salons for prep for my next gel x set on myself. I was charged $17 for a polish-less manicure and mediocre clean up. The whole reason i go to the salon for a manicure is because it's hard to effectively do my right hand and get a clean base. But for nearly $20 excluding a tip, i expect a clean base for my nails. Very disappointed today as I will have to go in and do more clean up on my nails even though i paid that much. I didn't feel welcomed and the services felt rushed. My dip color nails also chipped much faster than expected.
Update 2025- The service was much better. Vila was amazing and very attentive BUT...They need a phone policy. There was a woman there that was extremely loud on the phone and disrupted the ambiance. I wish they would have had something posted to discourage this or speak out for their other customers.
