I’ve had a great experience here. The team is always so accommodating, polite, and professional. They really go out of their way to help and make sure everything is done right. I highly recommend them for both dry cleaning and alterations!
I'm now a loyal customer! My husband inadvertently left $100 in a jacket I dropped off for cleaning (which we had no idea about). They called to let me know and kept it aside for pickup (& only reluctantly took a tip as a thank you). Even though we would have never known, they did the right thing - class act!!
Crystal Cleaners is amazing! The owner Pedro went out of his way to go over and above what I expected. I dyed an old dress a new color and it shrank in the process. He was able to stretch and work with me until it was perfect, ultimately fixing my error and improving it. He wasn't even going to charge me (ofcourse I insisted). He does a great dry cleaning job as well with my husbands things.
