Based on five reviews, AE & LY Medical Associates has the absolute BEST doctors and staff. They are thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. They treat patients with respect and actually listen. The doctors and staff are all professional and nice. One doctor is always patient and explains details. Another doctor is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain results. A doctor also took a husband’s history seriously. The wait time is long, around two hours, but this is expected in a doctor's office. They are super clear about this when booking the appointment. Overall, patients have had a great experience with the staff. Instructions for prep could be clearer, but the doctor goes over that during the appointment.

I accompany my mother to all of her medical appointments to ensure she can effectively communicate with all of the staff. Since her initial appointment this place rubbed me the wrong way and gave me the impression that they just love to order all these labs to submit to the insurance because they will be paid but unsure of the actual medical necessity of the labs being ordered.
When my mom initially made her appointment and expressed the nature of her visit she was never asked if she recently had any labs performed or what the history or her previous colonoscopy has been. 🚩

I made the mistake of thinking my hematologist referred me to this office… I should’ve known better. My very first visit I was called prior and told that Dr Yao doesn’t see patients as late as my appt was scheduled (I’m not in charge of their schedule clearly but ok) so I rush to get to the office 30 minutes from my house. The receptionists for the most part are nasty, rude & condescending. There is one nice girl who seems to be the only one that belongs in the medical field. For a bit of background- I have a very prominent history of colon cancer in my family so this appointment was already causing an abundance of anxiety. Incredibly rude front desk receptionist!
I have been calling for 2 weeks regarding a correction of mediciation and the receptionist are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I spoke with Stephanie before and instead of helping me resolve my issue, she advised she didnt need to hear the whole run down and to get to the point of what the doctor needs to tell the pharmacy. I am not the doctor therefore I cannot tell the doctor what to prescribe in place of the other medicine. Highly dissatisfied! Please avoid this place and much as possible . Looking into filing a complaint with the State Department of Health.
