Willmott Brothers is a great company. They were extremely honest and responsive throughout the process. They gave a great price and replaced the entire roof in one day. The professionalism and courtesy of Willmott Brothers is rated 10 star. There were 3 roofs that had to be removed and a new 1 replaced. Several estimates were given by others who never even followed up with a call or show up. This company came at the precise time. There was a written estimate. The job was done completed, clean respectful workers. It is how a business should operate. It is hard to find this any more. They were responsive and able to provide a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion. They were able to procure and replace a broken attic fan and vent, explaining how they worked and what would be done. They even fixed the poor workmanship from the prior install job. They were a genuine pleasure to work with. They will be recommended to friends and family. There was a leak in a roof, and they came highly recommended by people in the neighborhood. The team removed the old roof and replaced it in a day, including all the necessary repairs and cleaning up the property. They made several passes through the garden beds with a magnet to make sure no loose nails were missed. They were very patient with all questions during the process and even drove around to look at roof colors when choosing.
Wilson was responsive and able to provide a very reasonable estimate in a timely fashion. He was able to procure and replace a broken attic fan and vent, explaining to me how they worked and what he would be doing. He even fixed the poor workmanship from the prior install job (the attic fan hole was too small). Wilson was a genuine pleasure to work with. Get your 3+ quotes, but I will be recommending Willmott Brothers to my friends and family.
We really appreciated how quickly Wilson came to help us with our leak after hurricane IDA. He not only repaired the area of the leak, he took the kind initiative to look at the whole roof and fix where he felt there could be future possible leaks. We have a very high roof and he was fearless. Excellent service, the right equipment, very good price and he's just a nice guy. We would recommend him and use him in the future. Thanks, Wilson!
I had a leak in my roof that must have been going on for years. I got 3 estimates / opinions but only Wilson went up to the roof and gave me a confident answer of what the problem was. His prices are fair and his work is trusted (not a drop of water after the rain from Henri). He’s been in the business for longer than anyone else and still does the work himself, that’s something you can’t find these days! Highly recommend!
