Although I didn't get anything repaired here and my problem's still unresolved, the customer service is great and very helpful!
I'm looking for a replacement handle/wand for a Hoover cordless vacuum.
I called in and Al picked up. Told him my concern, and then he asked for my name and number so he could call me back after checking if they have the part I need.
After 5 minutes, I got a call back and he said none of their warehouses has that part, so he advised me to contact Hoover directly.

This was such a great experience for me. I had a vaccum that ended up failing on me, and I took it here to get diagnosed. They were very quick to get my vaccum fixed and I couldn't be more happy with how efficient the service was and how nice the staff was. A+ experience

If the internet says anything about vacuums, it's that you should buy from a local dealer.I'm glad I did. Al really got me a great price for what I needed and all the accessories I requested as well.Answered all my questions and made recommendations based on need and not an upsell. I decided on a C1 over a C3 from his advice and will definitely be back to the store for anything else I need.
