The UBreakiFix associates were extremely helpful. I broke my screen and no longer had coverage through Apple care or Asurion to make the repair. The associate assisting a completing the Verizon verification with a temporary screen and providing pricing for out of pocket cost to repair the phone. Although the price was reasonable, making the investment in an older phone was not in my best interest. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience.

Highly recommend this store. Rich and Brian were extremely caring, helpful and knowledgable. My MacBook laptop died suddenly and I was a mess since I didn’t have a recent backup of my files. Rich figured out the problem when Apple couldn’t and got it up and working. Incredibly grateful for their hard work and determination.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Took the time to really try and fix my problem...explained what could and could.not.be done and why. Never been here before, but glad I found it. Already recommended to a lot of people and I will definitely be back with any tech issue needs.
