I stopped in the Huntington station location today with my mom’s old iPad that wasn’t holding a charge. I can not say enough wonderful things about Rich. He was so professional and kind. I waited while he fixed my issue, which did not take long at all. He took the time to explain what was going on with the device. He is just an all around nice guy that fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Go see Rich, you’ll be happy you did!

K was wonderful..I had just spent 2 1/2 hours at Boost mobile..trying to purchase a phone and have them transfer my info over..the could not transfer all the info..she was very rude..I asked her to give me back my original phone. But she would not reactivate it unless I paid $67.00 so I had to pay or my old phone wouldn't work..I called Boost Mobile.they were nice but could not help me..took down info about what happened..tried to help me but I lost the connection..upon call back I got a different person..after I had been on the phone 1 hour..they gave me the phone nbr to Samsung rep..he was so nice..new immediately what was wrong..went to Sansung the next day they advised...read full review
