Specializing in color, her goal is always to give clients their desired color and style. Hair lightening, including balayage, foilayage, highlighting, and color corrections, is her forte. As a woman of color, she knows the struggle of lightening natural dark hair without damage or brassiness. Clients feel like the most important person, with every need catered to. One client went for a hair care treatment and received the honest truth, feeling so comfortable the appointment felt like a needed girl's day. Another client had hair that felt the best in years, with a balayage that was out of this world. A client with curly hair praised the professional blunt cut and blowout that lasted days. One client had absolutely no breakage going from brunette to blonde, with hair growing three inches in two months. Absolutely incredible experience with Zahra at her beautiful salon! I drive over an hour to see her, and the whole experience is worth it. Her salon is a peaceful, private haven—perfect for hijabis and anyone who appreciates privacy.
Zahra gives you her undivided attention, which is very rare in other salons where there are multiple other clients and workers. She’s genuine and works to make sure that you enjoy the final result while keeping your hair’s health in mind.
I value Zahra’s expertise with bleached hair. Many stylists will agree to bleach your hair and will not do a great job—just take a look at the disastrous before picture I’ve included.

This hairdresser is the absolute best! I went for a hair care treatment and she gave me the honest truth about my hair- which is so hard to find now a days. The stylist was professional and empathetic to what we talked about and I felt so comfortable. The salon appt felt like a girl's day that was so needed. I ended up deciding to color my hair and had a trim. I never felt so beautiful with my hair as I did ! Highly Reccomend~!!!

Years of going to so many places I’ve never had such a wonderful experience where you feel like you’re the most important person and every need is catered to. It’s evident Zahra absolutely loves what she does, she’s extremely knowledgeable, highly trained and her clients happiness is her main priority!
