I have Multiple cowlicks in my hair and have come across very few hairdressers that could handle them. Crystal was awesome. She listened asked questions and made it easy to say "Do whatever you think will look best!" Haven't had a haircut I've liked I since Pre pandemic. This one I like! Will be back!
Allie has done my color for awhile (years) now and it has always turned out amazing! My mom and I refuse to go to anyone else and we actually followed her to New York Cut. I felt welcomed by friendly faces when I walked into the salon which is important to me and also comforting. The salon has a Brooklyn (Williamsburg) vibe and is super cozy. I recommend Allie to whoever wants amazing color and is looking for someone who not only knows what they're doing, but is also anguinely nice person!
There's nowhere in New York like New York Cut. Aside from being a phenomenally talented stylist, Noah James runs a pristine shop that seriously cares about their clients - not in a superficial, patronizing way, but very genuinely. Noah is constantly learning new techniques, testing new products, and keeping up with the latest in his field. This is not his job; it's his art, and he takes it seriously. The entire staff are super talented and friendly for that matter. Pay them a visit.
