This review is very long overdue. I went to Pat nearly a year ago when I was on vacation in Lake George, and I promised I would write, but I put it off and then kept forgetting. Anyway, I have persistent pain in between my shoulder blades and spine. It got to the point last summer that it was debilitating. Pat helped a ton and made the rest of my stay tolerable. I've been able to manage the pain since.Thank you, Pat!

Pat knows his stuff. Graduated from the top Massage school in the country he understands massage from many different angles. He is highly informative and will give you one of the best messages of your life...he is that good!

Pat's massage was by far the best massage I've ever had at a time when I needed it most. I had just pulled a muscle in my neck and needed to get back to work immediately. Pat really focused his energy on my injury and pain, but also helped me relax for the first time in days. In response to my curiosity, he was happy to explain each part of his process, so I understood how he was working on the areas of my neck and back that hurt the most. I walked way from that massage feeling ready to work, calm and energized. I would absolutely recommend seeking out Pat's services if you are in the Lake George area or skiing at Killington!

I have been suffering shoulder, neck and back pain for the last 6 months. I had a massage by Pat. I never had a massage by a guy before and I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had. Pat went to one of the finest massage schools in the country and it shows. He understands your muscles and anatomy and did certain technics to my back and neck , that released the knot almost instantaneously. During the massage he educated me on my anatomy and told me what he was feeling about my muscles. He is now my go to massage doctor. Forget acupuncture, this is the guy to go to first. I would give Pat 6 stars if Yelp allowed. He's amazing. Highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Pat at Evergreen Mountain Wellness. Pat has a wonderful, grounded energy that put me immediately at ease and the massage I received was fantastic. I felt relaxed all over, both during and after, and the deep tissue and stretching techniques he used on my chronically achy hips were super effective at providing lasting relief. He really knows his stuff. It's great having such a skilled massage therapist in the area. I will definitely be using Pat again.
