My experience with this company has been terrible. They installed a brand new roof in March of this year. First, despite Over the Top telling me that they would get the permit, they did not. I had a surprise visit from an irate building inspector and had to deal with that. Second, my father was watching the install and caught some of the workers trying to reinstall old, bad plywood (apparently they had run out of fresh plywood in their trailer and were too lazy to get more). He called the owner and had them rip out the old plywood and put in new plywood, as we had paid for. I am doing solar and had to replace my garage asphalt shingles before it could be done. The price was too good to pass up. Beat Lowes by $3,000 and were quicker at coming out to do the job. Came out and did it in a day and a half. The labor warranty is also a great point. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up when done. I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone needing a roof. The price could not be beat and the timing of doing the job met my needs. I was impressed that they used ladders for the job.
