John is very responsive on the phone and email and with followup questions. He did our mold inspection on a tight deadline which was greatly appreciated. He was efficient and hard-working. Yes would trust him with your sale or purchase.
John was an absolute professional from beginning to end and we feel very fortunate to have found him during our home buying journey. Communication was always exceptional, and his inspection was very thorough and uncovered some important issues with the house that might not otherwise have been discovered until too late.
