About Alvarez Homes
Alvarez Homes is a company known for its quality modular homes and dedicated customer service. Many clients have praised Rhonda for her patience and helpful insights throughout the home design process, making it easier for them to visualize their dream homes. The homes, particularly those from Ritz Craft, are noted for their solid construction and durability, with one family reporting no significant issues after four years of living in their home. However, some reviews highlight challenges with the installation crew's cleanliness and communication. Customers have reported issues like gaps in construction that were not addressed promptly, and delays in response times for repairs. While the homes themselves are well-built, some clients recommend hiring an inspector to identify issues before final payment. Despite these concerns, long-term customers express loyalty to Alvarez Homes, having purchased multiple homes over decades. They appreciate the honorable nature of the company and the quality of their homes, emphasizing the positive impact on their lives. Overall, Alvarez Homes is recognized for offering quality homes with a focus on customer satisfaction, though potential buyers should be aware of possible installation and communication challenges.
