I have been working with Rhonda for a couple years to design my dream home. She has been very patient with me with many shifts and changes in my design. Her insight in how the space looks and feels after installation vs a floor plan was extremely helpful. We are currently to contract and heading into production.
Want to start by saying the ritz craft homes are very well built, I’ve been in a ton of modular and stick built homes by being a hvac contractor and the home is very well built. 95% of the issues we had was either with the set crew or Alverez. We had the home set towards the end of 2020. The crew that set the house were a bunch of slobs, they walked trough the house and in the attic smoking cigarettes and the amount of garbage and food wrappers they left in the attic and around the property when there was a full sized dumpster a few feet away was insane. Two years ago we choose Alvarez to buy a house. It was great working with Rhonda to choose finishes and we received our plans. Unfortunately purchasing the land and having it excavated caused our financing to be denied. We were excited to come back this year with cash in hand, ready to order the home. When I called Rhonda in January, she said she’d check if the model was still available and let us know. We waited two months and called back three times, but Rhonda kept insisting she was very busy and still didn’t have an answer for us.
