During this frigid cold weather the well water to my house suddenly stopped flowing this morning. I've used Rosick several times before for water issues and was always very happy with their service. I immediately called them and was placed in line for a service call today. The crew arrived by early afternoon and determined I needed a new well pump. After dealing with all the snow in the backyard they installed a new pump and we were up and running again. It was all done much faster than I expected. Rosick has never disappointed me, they are fast, reliable, pricing is fair and employees are great. They are the gold standard of customer service!!

We called Rosick Well Drilling due to issues we were having at our rental home with the well and air in our lines. The crew was amazing! From the people we spoke with on the phone to the crew who came out to the house everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once they found out we had renters arriving that weekend they made sure the issues were fixed and everything was in working order. They didn’t mind us hanging out to watch and even explained the process as they went.
