I am very pleased and impressed with the service and care I've received from Visiting Angels, especially my caregiver, Teena. She is very sweet, pleasant and very attentive to my needs. Visiting Angels is very prompt and on the ball when it comes to handling situations that may arise, such as a schedule change, etc. I am very happy with Teena and have had no problems whatsoever! I am employed as a Visiting Angel in Horseheads NY. After retiring from 25 years of nursing I felt the need to continue to help others in my community and I discovered Visiting Angels! This is truly the most inspiring and rewarding journey of my career. My clients are like my family and I look forward to seeing them, provide care and socialization that they need. Working with the Visiting Angels team has been amazing. Administration is supportive and just as compassionate at the caregivers. Being able to provide care to people in the comfort of their own homes during their times of need has been a wonderful experience.
