We love Lake Road! I have five pets and it becomes difficult to manage when they each need vaccines, blood work, annuals, etc, but lake road is always very accommodating and eager to help. We have a couple difficult to work with animals and they always make me feel comfortable leaving them there to be sedated for vet visits. They also take the time to talk with you thoroughly about issues with your pets so you fully understand treatment plans.

My close friend needed an appointment for their sick cat urgently, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They managed to schedule a same-day appointment on a Friday afternoon, which was a huge relief. It’s amazing to see such dedication and flexibility when it matters most.

These folks are the absolute 100% best! We recently adopted a stray cat who’d been hanging around our house, and they have moved heaven and earth to help make his transition to domestic life as easy as possible. I couldn’t possibly thank them enough for that. We’re moving our other cats to this practice because they have made themselves available and helpful. I don’t know what we’d do without them!

We LOVE this place. We take our 2 dogs and cat here. Dr. Brennan performed ACL repair on our 5 year old lab about 2 years ago and was so attentive and thorough with us. Answered all our questions and assured us that our babies were well cared for. The office staff loves on our girls just like we do and we feel so comfortable taking our pets here. They’re super easy to get ahold of and just truly amazing to work with. Would highly recommend.

We recently moved to this area from another part of the finger lakes. For our newest addition, we found Lake Rd Animal Hospital. Taking new patients, we gave them a try and were assigned Dr Hughs for our vet. She has been wonderful with both of our dogs…we have a Rottweiler and a Rottweiler mix pup. Both dogs are rescues and she is very good at making it a positive experience while still being able to get the job done. She is also very knowledgeable about the specifics of the breed, which is nice, and willing to share her knowledge as well as work with you in order to create the best plan of care for your dog. The rest of the staff is also very good. Very friendly and kind. So far I am very pleased with my experiences with them and look forward to working with them in the future on the care of my pets.

So disappointing to call to get a kitten fixed and find out it's a mortgage payment now. Same surgery as my other two cats but triple the price. Greed is everywhere. Vet offices are definitely not looking out for the well-being of down sizing any cat population unless you have $800. Absolutey disgusting
