Less than two hours between my first call to schedule and the guys having arrived & resolved the problem! Friendly service and gave me some preventative maintenance tips on their way out. Highly recommend

The service itself was great. No complaints on the guys who came to fix our blockage. However when we went to pay the day of, we were told the owners wife was on vacation and so they weren’t able to accept payment then and there. We were told someone would call us in a few days to get the bill paid. As a very busy person, naturally it slipped my mind after the call didn’t happen after a few days. The service was done beginning of April. I just received a call today to pay the bill, a month later almost. When I expressed that I wish I was called sooner for payment I was told by the owners wife “Well you know typically when you receive a service you have to pay for it” I said “Obviously I’m going to pay for it I just wish it wouldn’t have been left sitting so long.” I was met with a sarcastic laughter and told I needed to pay to which I responded “Again, I’m going to pay I’m just expressing concerns” I believe the attitude I received was absurd and I will not be using this company again due to how I was treated and the lack of ownership over a bill of $315 sitting for about a month. I think it should be recognized that some people have extremely busy lives and it shouldn’t be my job to call the company to make sure they are doing their job on their end. And concerns expressed definitely shouldn’t be met with sarcastic laughter. Very unfortunate.

Had issue with a clogged toilet and it ended up being tree roots in the line. I called and they came out next day. Fixed the issue in an hour and very fair price. Very happy with the work done and the 2 techs were great.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged. A friend highly recommended them and I am so glad I took his advice. Alex and Ken came right away! They were so professional and courteous! They got the job done in less than 30 minutes! And the price was excellent! Thank you so much guys for a job well done!

My main sewer line was mostly plugged They were at my house and gone in less then two hours for half the price of others I asked. Extremely helpful. Very nice people as well.

Falkowski Sewer was used by my grandmother for a backup problem with the sewer line and they were fantastic. They came out within one day for the first call and took the time to get it properly worked out and even helped her with a small task with her tv while waiting for it to clear. She thought it might be happening again a week later and they stopped by on their way home and said everything looked fine. Very refreshing to see a company who is honest and upfront about what does and does not need to be done. Will use for all my future issues.

Great service! I have used Anthony and crew several times over the years on rental properties. They are always a phone call away- I had a stubborn clog that took a bit more than work than normal. Fair pricing and great service!!
