I used Turf Master Lawn Care of Jackson for over two years, and throughout that time they consistently failed to provide quality lawn care or meaningful customer service.
Despite repeated conversations with multiple employees and managers, every concern I raised was met with excuses and vague explanations as to why my lawn was not thriving. There was never ownership, accountability, or proactive problem-solving. Meanwhile, competing lawn care companies in the area actively address issues as they arise—something Turf Master clearly does not prioritize.

Always on time. Our lawn looks truly amazing. The best thing about it is when i come home on my lunch and see the little flags in my yard I can call Pauly and he always answers promptly and has answers to every question I have about what was done. Extremely knowledgeable. Great service. Great company. If you look at my lawn compared to my neighbors, you'd hire them in a heartbeat. (I have three small dogs and have had zero issue with their lawn treatments.) #paulyrunstheplace
