Ed was great in helping me recover files when my Lenovo laptop corrupted its pathway to Windows. He was able to restore a bulk of files when others said it wasn’t possible! He was a life saver! Ed was great! I was really nervous since the usb c port on the artist tablet I use for work got completely bent up after my cat ran through the cable. He got it fixed right up within minutes and was incredibly sweet about the whole thing
