Colleen was fantastic in helping our family purchase a new vacation property. She was very thorough in every step of the process and provided great guidance on our offer price and helping us negotiate to close the deal.Colleen's commitment to making sure every thing was perfect was demonstrated even after the transaction closed, as she provided assistance with the inspection, ensuring paperwork was in place and being diligent with the seller & their agent. Many Thanks from our family!Jim Zwarich
