I've been their customer for a good 15 years. Typically I'm getting dress shirts launderer and pressed, and the occasional dry cleaning. They have also done tailoring and alterations and zipper repairs in the past for me. Wonderful people, really.
This was my first time using Hopewell Cleaners. This is a formal white dress shirt. It is worn once per month. No other dry cleaners has done such a poor job in ironing this shirt. I had to iron this before it could be worn. The pleats were smashed with their iron. I will not give them any business.
Incredibly friendly family run business. Not only do we use them for their dry cleaning services but we also use them for our tailoring needs. They have done a fabulous job with multiple evening gowns requiring full restructuring as well as sewing on patches to uniforms etc. we would certainly recommend Hopewell cleaners to a family member or friend!
