Folkes Brothers is the place to go for all Plumbing and HVAC needs. The company has an excellent team. Technicians showed up on time and were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Issues were diagnosed and resolved within minutes. One customer's oil furnace broke on a Friday night, and Folkes Brothers came to the rescue on Saturday morning. The technician was very pleasant and professional. Another customer had no hot water, and the technician found the problem and fixed it in a brief period of time. He made sure he educated the customer regarding the repair process. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Customers received clear explanations of options and were very patient and knowledgeable answering many questions. There was no rush, no push for new equipment. Technicians arrived on time and were there till the job was done. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. Excellent work and good prices. Always does a great job. No one will be disappointed by using this company for their heating or plumbing needs.
Biagio was great. I bought a home with a host of problems and while he did fix the big one, (a leak from the shower) he also suggested a bunch of other things to look into to make my water situation better. Def will use again
