“Jeannine is wonderful! I’ve been a client for years. She is always expanding her techniques and knowledge to better meet my needs. I always leave feeling relaxed and cared for. Utmost professional and follows strict COVID-19 protocols which I really appreciate.”
“Julia is the absolute BEST at what she does. I go to Elysian Beauty for my eyebrows and eyelashes, and I’m amazed every time I go. I’ve lived throughout New York State, so I’ve seen my fair share of beauty professionals, but nothing can top the care and quality from Julia. If you live anywhere near Ithaca/Cortland/Syracuse it is for sure worth the trip!!”
“Very relaxing experience. Nicole is a calm and centered person. I felt great afterwards. I will return.”
