Jim took about 10 minutes with me beforehand to go over all of my aliments and places that are bothering me. He discussed ways I could counteract some of my pain points and even recommended some massagers that I could use in my free time. I have never had this great of a massage before. When I tell therapists to use "deep pressure" they never truly do. Not Jim... I have never been in more "good" pain in my life. He targeted the exact areas that were the source of my pain and even identified pressure points around my neck and traps that were troublesome. To put it simply, I forgot to tip him because I left the place in such a euphoric state. (My apologies Jim, I won't forget next time!) All I can say is wow. Jim will customize the massage to you and truly give you the therapy you need. I will absolutely be back as soon as I am back in Rochester. Great find.“
