I have worked with Dana a few times over the years - buying and selling. This last one recently turned into a struggle due to a variety of circumstances out of either one of our control. Amanda is a go getter and got the job done effortlessly for us. We’ve had a few realtors and she is definitely the coolest we have met. Last minute she was able to stop at the house and even grab and trash stuff for us since we left the state. 10/10 give this girl a raise. Need more people like her. I

Amanda made the process effortless for me. She kept me informed, was easily contactable day or night, and was happy to meet up for subsequent walkthroughs. She made sure that I was able to check all the amenities were operational, and that a leaking faucet was fixed, and everything was square. I never felt like I would have to pester her about “x doesn’t work”; she was really straightforward and helpful. I feel she was a godsend in securing my first home, and I am really happy I went with her help. 5 stars! If I ever decide to upgrade, I know who I am going with.

Johan was an excellent realtor. He went above and beyond with his guidance and assistance when selling our home. It was an extremely smooth process and we felt well informed and prepared regarding the sale and closing of our home. Communication was timely and all of our questions were answered. If he didn't have an answer, he would research for us or guide us to where we could get an answer. Johan was also very available during all stages of the selling process which gave us confidence that the house would sell.I would highly recommend Johan to help anyone sell their home.

Erin Thomas is a disgrace to the realty profession.She did nothing that she promised (for example, said she'd schedule well and water test. Never did. Continually failed to produce vital paperwork for mortgage company, etc).Did not produce information or correspondence in a timely manner ( we usually heard information from mortgage company before realtor, barely ever received any updates).She fails to understand and advise differences between types of mortgage requirements based on properties being considered (especially fha requirements, had to replace septic system right before closing because she missed the fact that fha would not approve septic placement of a house we were already contracted to purchase).We never even were granted a final walk through before closing, nor did she even contact us to let us know final closing date (we were informed by mortgage company rather than the realtor).To sum up, Erin Thomas has done less than bare minimum and made our home buying experience more painful and costly than it ever needed to be.
